The construction phase includes procurement management and progress milestone reviews. Pre-opening coordination of staging, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness with the pre-opening team ensures a smooth transition to efficient operations.
The Procurement process will aim to optimise tenders to the budget and project schedule. Key contractor qualifications and experience are evaluated carefully for consideration. We will analyse procurement specifications for optimal application and efficiency.
PROCUREMENT AND TENDER
We will conduct on-site progress reviews and reference the design details, specification and milestone dates. Prototype rooms and offsite prototypes and samples are checked for quality.
CONSTRUCTION REVIEWS
All equipment and guest areas are stress tested, commissioned, with a defects list and phased handover diagram that is officially signed off by key stakeholders. Opening dates are coordinated with all parties.
