DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The shortlist and selection of all key consultants will be introduced to the brand and project briefs. We will provide our analysis of the team dynamics and country project experience.
DESIGN CONSULTANTS
The model room design, construction and review process is a key milestone in a hotel development cycle for key stakeholders. The model room will also ideally comprise of the corridor and lift lobby if necessary. We will advise on the viability on all detail and specifications of the design.
MODEL ROOM
All development briefs and designs are coordinated with operator brand and technical standards. We will provide relevant advice on all brand standard requirements.
OPERATOR TECHNICAL SERVICE
All design submissions from concept design to FFE selection will be reviewed from external planning to internal layouts of guest, service and engineering zones. We will review all design details and specification for efficient coordination and construction fit out.
